Free returns
Return postage within Canada is on us. Contact us and we send a prepaid label.
What cannot come back
Underwear and swimwear once the hygiene seal is broken. Pieces altered or made to measure.
Exchanges
Easiest is to return for a refund and reorder the size you want, so the piece you need is not held while the first one travels.
Natural fibres
Linen creases, cotton softens and wool relaxes with wear. Slight variation in colour and weave between batches is a property of the material, not a fault. A genuine defect is always covered.
Refunds
Back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the return arriving and passing inspection.
